Best Western London Peckham Hotel

The fuse to our room was blown when we arrived, so none of the electricity was on. After several calls and a couple hours, it was finally fixed. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The english style breakfast was totally worth it, and the Italian restaurant ended up coming in handy. It is right near a bus stop, which was very handy, but be warned it's quite a ways out from the main sights of the city, so factor in that extra time and money when choosing a place to stay. My biggest issue was when checking out, I felt very pressured to leave a review. The staff member actually just asked me for my rating and entered it FOR me, which really bothered me. (I came back and edited my review later). I would consider staying here again if I planned to stay for a longer period of time. Time and money spent getting to and from the hotel, especially when arriving with luggage, was just not worth it for such a short stay.

Another brilliant experience. The staff were extremely friendly. It was incredibly useful that there was a luggage store. The room was spacious and well worth the money. A wonderful trip to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We will be back next year!

We booked hotel for its location to a nearby hospital. Aside from the 'Del Boy' decor which made us laugh, the hotel was reception was clean and efficient and the hotel staff welcoming (we arrived late) and very helpful as to where we could park our car overnight. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, bedlinen very nice, enough towels for all and tea making facilities. The buffet breakfast had no 'wow' factor in presentation but was certainly adequate, if a little expensive like any hotel if you only want tea and toast, Would certainly stay again, if only to see if the Del Boy decoration is different in other rooms!

Good value hotel in London with numerous transport links to other parts of London. Service good with comfortable room for a short stay. Rooms quite compact - not sure how suitable they would be for a longer stay. Staff service has certainly improved since our last stay.

Cheap and cheerful. The hotel is basic with small rooms. it's a bit of a maze. And seems to be in a permanent state of rebuilding, with plenty of weird smells in the corridors. But the rooms are very clean and comfy. Great value if you want to be in Peckham or like Only Fools and Horses.

Good hotel. Lovely staff. My room was below reception which meant no long walks so that was good. Didn't arrive until 4am due to work so naturally cannot mention breakfast as was fast asleep during its period. My only gripe, if I can call it that was the toilet was too close to the wash basin and so hard to er, relieve yourself comfortably. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and happy to visit again.

Room was small. But staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast-wide continental choice. English breakfast good but tomatoes could be cooked more. House maids very nice and helpful. Maintenance quick and accurate. Thank you for a very good stay.

Excellent service, the staff is very nice, polite and helpful (especially Yoana and Lucas). The rooms are small, but very clean and tidy. There is NO mould in the bathrooms. They cleaned our room and changed the towels every single day. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are very clean and white. I would highly recommend to book if you are about to visit London.
